Module 2

Module 3

You will learn why creating space in the body is so important and specific techniques on how to do it. 

Often when you think of exercises for the back you will think of core strengthening and flexibility. While those are important there is something that is missing. Module 4

This might sound counterintuitive, but this course will help you create MORE time. When you have aches and pains, your focus will be there and rest will be required. That will mean less time being productive at work, doing the activities you love and helping your family. 

By going through this course and healing you will actually create more in your day to day. 

This course will also teach you how to incorporate a short program into your lifestyle by replacing what's not working for you. So you won't be adding anything, just getting rid of what's needed. 

Time will be required to learn the content though. I've learned this lesson personally, and my students as well. If you don't take the time to invest in your health now, you will be forced to down the road in most likely a more urgent position. Do it now while you have a choice.
