1. They Believe They Shouldn't Have to Invest Consistent Time Into Themselves

Somewhere along the line you might have been taught that taking care of yourself or investing time into your health was selfish or a luxury. The OPPOSITE is in fact true. We all need to care for ourselves in some way. We were just never taught this in school. It's why we typically wait until something goes wrong, or we are in urgent need to take action. Or, we invested time when we had pain or discomfort, but when it got better we stopped. 

It's ok. I've been there too, and will help you to let go of the guilt and fears around carving out daily self care. The risk of NOT taking care of yourself with a program that you know works, is that you will feel WORSE as you age instead of better. A google search here, a You-tube search there, dabbling in this or that. Not having a step by step system leaves things very muddled. You never know what works, and what doesn't. This leads to aches and pains sometimes, relief and strength other times. Pain, discomfort, aches, soreness whatever you want to call it, is a sign from your body that something needs help and attention. Well, it might. But, most likely it will return with a VENGEANCE. This discomfort might not be critical now, but the risk of not do anything is that the discomfort will become much much worse leading you to take urgent and rushed action.

Don't put yourself in that position if you can. Listen to your body's messages. You have an opportunity to fix this now, so you can feel better later instead of avoiding and feeling worse. 

 

4. Thinking That There is a ONE Technique or Exercise Fix All

Your neighbor learned this one exercise that magically fixes her hip, and you think it's going to have the same magic for you. Except that it doesn't. 

Vary rarely will one exercise or technique will be the magic pill that fixes everything. To get to the point you are at right now, there was a culmination of things you did or did not do that lead you here. So it takes a culmination of tips, exercise and techniques to set it right for the long haul. 

I know it sounds much harder than that one magic exercise. But, I promise when you work through the discomfort of figuring out what really works for YOUR body and mind then you will have your own unique program for life.

This might sound counterintuitive, but this course will help you create MORE time. When you have aches and pains, your focus will be there and rest will be required. That will mean less time being productive at work, doing the activities you love and helping your family. 

By going through this course and healing you will actually create more in your day to day. 

This course will also teach you how to incorporate a short program into your lifestyle by replacing what's not working for you. So you won't be adding anything, just getting rid of what's needed. 

Time will be required to learn the content though. I've learned this lesson personally, and my students as well. If you don't take the time to invest in your health now, you will be forced to down the road in most likely a more urgent position. Do it now while you have a choice.
